Counsel Isaac is a Junior Associate at the firm.  He is tasked with provision of legal advisory services to the firm’s client in respect to compliance, commercial transactions, land conveyance and Real estate. He is also tasked with preparing documents and correspondences on behalf of Counsel, formation of companies and Non-Governmental Organizations, participation in Alternative Dispute Resolution processes, registration and renewal of Trademarks, registration of mortgages, and writing opinions. Isaac’s areas of practice are Litigation, Commercial law, Land law, Corporate law and Real Estate.Isaac holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)  Nkumba University, Entebbe Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Law Development Centre, Kampala
