Counsel Abbas Nsamba is the Founding and Principal Partner of Abbas Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, a PPP awareness Certificate from ESCAP, a Certification as an Islamic Finance Analyst from ETHICA Institute (Dubai), Certification in Islamic Banking from Uganda Institute of Bankers and Certification in Business Administration and Management from Makerere University Kampala, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this Firm. His specialties include but are not limited to Litigation; Public Private Partnerships; Banking and Finance Practice in Conventional Banking, Islamic Banking, Corporate Finance, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Counsel Abbas is also a legal advisor to NCI (The Nile Competitiveness Initiative) a body that advises the President of Uganda on Economic Policy. He is also a member of the Uganda Law Society, East Africa Law Society and International bar Association
