Counsel Ezekiel is a Junior Associate at the firm.  He is tasked with provision of legal advisory services to the firm’s client in respect to compliance, commercial transactions, and land conveyance. He is tasked with preparing documents and correspondences on behalf of Counsel, formation of companies and Non-Governmental Organizations, participation in Alternative Dispute Resolution processes, registration and renewal of Trademarks, registration of mortgages, and writing opinions among others. Ezekiel’s areas of practice are Litigation, Commercial law, Land law, Corporate law. Ezekiel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honors) Ugandan Christian University, Mukono, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice  Law Development Centre, Kampala.
